Frihamnstorget is a planned meeting place where local artists, craftspeople and creatives can meet, interact and also conduct business with each other as well as members of the general public. The common form factor will be artistically modified shipping containers stacked on top of each other in what is currently a largely empty parking lot. These are globally ubiquitous and iconic objects that are already part and parcel of the harbor’s existing identity but here refurbished and reinterpreted in novel and creative ways.
